GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Conditions of Sale (according to Legislative Decree 206/2005 “Consumer Code”) govern the sale of products (wine) marketed by Baglio Diar Soc. Coop. Agricola A RL, via Lipari 13 91025 Marsala (TP) via the website bagliodiar.com/wineclub.

By placing an order, the customer declares to have read these General Conditions of Sale and to accept them in full.

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

1. Purchase method

The Customer can purchase the products in the Shop section of the bagliodiar.com/wineclub website. The images on the site are provided to the Customer to facilitate recognition of the products; due to variations in packaging, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product. Following completion of payment, the correct receipt of the Customer’s order will be confirmed by an e-mail sent to the email address indicated by the Customer at the time the order was sent.

2. Minimum order

The minimum order is 1 case of 6 bottles, even different ones, and can be made in multiples of 6.

3. Shipping

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated in the cart based on the quantity ordered and the destination.

There is free shipping calculated based on the total amount of the cart and the destination.

We ship to the following countries: Italy, EU countries, England, Switzerland and United States. (For shipping to other countries write to info@bagliodiar.com)

For international shipments, duties and VAT are not included in the shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer, furthermore orders cannot exceed 90L of product.

4. Payment methods

The purchase price must be paid at the time of the purchase contract. The Customer’s payments can only be made in the following way: online payment by credit card (Stripe) and by bank transfer.

5. Delivery methods and times

We use packaging that can protect your purchases from accidental impacts. Upon shipment you will receive a confirmation email containing the courier’s tracking number which will allow you to check the transit status of your shipment online. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday following the order in which they were received. It is understood that delivery times are indicative and could be affected by seasonality (e.g. peak orders during the Christmas period) or other circumstances (e.g. limitations inherent to the movement of goods, strikes, etc.).

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

The prices indicated on the site include Italian VAT. The prices applied to each sale are those indicated on the site at the time the order is sent by the Customer. The price of the products purchased, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the Customer when ordering online. Orders are accepted within the limits of product availability. If the products are not available at the moment, the Customer will be promptly informed of any sudden unavailability of the product ordered, to agree on the deferral of the delivery of the products, its modification with similar products or its cancellation. If, due to misunderstandings or other inconveniences, the price indicated on the site is lower than the correct selling price of a product, we may contact the Customer to verify whether he still wishes to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION

As required by the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005, Customers enjoy the right of revocation, with the possibility of returning the products purchased within 14 days of receipt following written communication to be sent to info@bagliodiar.com. In the communication, the Customer must specify the product for which he intends to exercise the right of revocation and arrange for the shipment of the same to Baglio Diar at his own expense according to the methods and terms previously agreed. The risks deriving from transport will be borne exclusively by the Customer. The right of revocation is the right of natural persons acting for purposes not directly related to any professional activity carried out. Therefore, retailers and companies are excluded from this right.

HOW TO OBTAIN A REFUND

It is necessary to send an email to info@bagliodiar.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of revocation. To exercise the right of revocation it is necessary to return the purchased products, in good condition and with original labels not removed. The packaging of the products must be accurate, to protect the original packaging from damage, writing or labels. The products must be returned by express courier at your own expense. It is advisable to use a traceable and insured shipping method as the loss, failure to receive or damage to the material sent will be the Customer’s responsibility. The goods will be refunded after checking the content and condition of the products, within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods.

MINORS

We do not accept orders from minors. By placing an order, the Customer declares to be at least 18 years old.

CHANGES TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

We reserve the right to modify the site, policies and these General Conditions of Sale at any time to offer new products, or to comply with legal or regulatory provisions. The Customer will be subject to the General Conditions of Sale in force from time to time at the time he orders products. If any provision of these conditions is held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such condition will not in any case affect the validity and effectiveness of the other provisions.
